COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for Home Inspection in Toronto

While I am performing my home inspection, I will be adhering to the COVID safety guidelines for Home Inspectors developed by InterNACHI.

These guidelines include keeping a safe distance from everyone during the inspection and/or restriction everyone from being present at the house during the inspection.

I will limit my movements within the house to only those areas that are absolutely necessary to complete the home inspection according to InterNACHI Home Inspection Standard of Practice.

I will take steps necessary to protect myself and you, as well as everyone else in our community.
